The year has come to an end and the Champions have been crowned. The competition this year was outstanding, and the rodeos were great. The MSFR was held again at the Show Arena in Swanton Ohio with a payoff of $ 91,700 in cash to contestants plus awards. The Bourne Custom Buckles and the Teskey’s saddles were awesome. Thank you to all these fine sponsors, Tom’s Western Store of Ovid Michigan, Equipment Share, STR Transport, South Plains Rodeo, Bourne Trophy Buckles, Kerlin Trailers, D& D Pro Rodeo, Lucky C Quarter Horses, Tri-State Forest Products, Beast Master Rodeo, Specialty Risk Insurance, Custom Components Corp, Barstow Rodeo Equipment, Tri-Pine Tack & Ron Silverman Custom Leather. The stock contractors brought some great bucking and timed event stock this year to the finals, and the 3-J Crew did a great job with the ground and the Arena to make it a great show. Thank you, Matt McGee and Meagan Vaughn, for another job well done announcing and all the secretaries that helped, Marcia Johnson, Robin Hightower, Ashley Miller, Polly Rodriguez and Kandi Shattuck.

 Congratulations to all the “of the Year Awards” that were given at the MSFR Banquet. Congrats also to our 2024-year end and finals average Champions. The 2024 All Around Cowgirl Champion is Morgan Chappell, All Around Cowboy is Eli Hershberger. Bareback Champion Tanner Phillips, Steer Wrestling Robert Hughes, Saddle Bronc Riding Eli Hershberger, Tie Down Roping Trevor Colby, Breakaway Roping Kyanne Casey, TR Header Dakota Sunday, TR Healer Adam Schlechty, Cowgirls Barrel Racing Taylor Finley & Trace Scarlavai in the Bull Riding.
